4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with progress payments and final payment upon completion. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
5. Warranties
We provide warranties on our workmanship and pass through manufacturer warranties on products. Warranty terms are specified in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peetz Windows & Doors Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not guarantee specific results. The performance of windows and doors depends on various factors including installation conditions, maintenance, environmental factors, and proper use. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated in your service agreement.
